I bought a pack f blueberries on the 14 th. Most of them are bad. But customer service said they couldn’t do anything as I had not got the packaging or taken a photo of the packaging. I am caring for my husband and was only able to go to shop because the cleaner was there to look after him. As it was recycling day my cleaner put all the things including the packaging into the dustbin. I put the blueberries into a dish. Customer service said if I took a photo of the bad blueberries and sent it to them. Today I went back to Aldi with the photograph and they were disgusted with Customer service and refunded the money immediately. The service At Batley road Aldi is always excellent. More than I can say of Customer service. Just tell me who takes a photograph of items in packaging. I wouid like you to reply to this and question the validity of the information I was given.
