I bought a pack of blueberries costing £3.99. Yesterday and most of them are bad. I phoned your customer service and was told that because I didn’t have the packaging they couidnt do anything I have the receipt and a photograph of some of them are bad blueberries. I cannot get out as i am caring for my husband who cannot be left. I shopped yesterday when my cleaner was here. I have shopped at Aldi ever since it opened and the staff are very helpful. But am disgusted at the way customer service dealt with my complaint. Is that the way to treat a loyal customer
