Firstly 2 of the 3 reviews for this place are by the same person who I have found works there. Secondly AVOID AVOID AVOID The worst customer service experience I've ever had. Bought a phone from cex and went here to get it unlocked. Was told £20 and 2-3 days. They took my contact information and told me they would ring me with any updates. After 5 days of no word I decided to go back to the shop to enquire what was happening. I was told that they were having troubles getting a code. Fair enough. When asked why I wasn't contacted with an update as why it was late I was told because they didn't have a code. "but you said you would keep me updated" I said. After giving me a new number to contact them on because the number listed doesn't work they guaranteed it would be sorted by the next day. Next day comes. And I waited till 2pm to call them... Surprise this number didn't work either. So after traipsing back again I was told they couldn't do it. And when I asked for a refund the guy at the front dest tried telling me he'd got in touch with me which he hadn't. Please... AVOID AVOID AVOID
