Booked a return to Manchester Airport for a holiday trip. On the way out the taxi was late without an apology. On the return, the driver went to the Premier Inn where we stayed on the way out, instead of Terminal 2 Arrivals as booked. The driver had no idea the taxi pick up point had changed at the airport recently and we were left hanging around at the airport for an hour and a half before we were picked up after an overnight flight. The cab smelt of tobacco and had dog ends on the floor. The driver said he had been given the wrong information about the pickup by the office. The booking was made with the owner, who clearly wasn't concentrating as he kept saying hold on and going off the line, to speak to other people presumably. Asked the owner to call me back to discuss the above and he didn't even have the courtesy to do that. Would never use this firm again and would advise others not to.

Never honoured booking. Numerous misleading replies to calls for assistance. NEVER rely in this firm!!!
